Band #8 - The Dead Rabbitts
The Dead Rabbitts have been around for a few years starting in 2011 with one EP and one album. My favorite songs from the band are on the album called "Shapeshifter (2014)". The song is packed with heavy songs mainly in a drop B tuning. I found with this album I enjoyed every song; making it hard to pick out a favorite. The first song I heard from the album was "My Only Regret". Craig Mabbitt's vocals are intense in this album with both screaming and singing and the music has a little bit of a mix of Blessthefall and The Word Alive.

Band #7 - For All Those Sleeping
For All Those Sleeping was around from 2007 - 2014 and has a mix of pop punk and metalcore tunes. The first album they made was much lighter than the other two. The album I've really enjoyed is "Outspoken (2012)". The album mainly consists of heavy songs and is a big change from their first one. The screams have a big range as they go from low to really high and the breakdowns are intense. My favorite songs from the album is "Turn of the Century", "Outspoken", "Once a Liar (Always a Fake)".

Band #6 - Bring Me the Horizon
Bring Me the Horizon is a metalcore band from the UK that has made many changes to their sound since their first album. As of now they have four albums out and have reached great success. One of my favorite albums from the band is the first one they put out called "Count Your Blessings (2006)". This album had some of their most heaviest songs and Oliver Skyes goes all out on his vocals. My favorite song from the album is "Pray For Plagues" and others include "For Stevie Wonder's Eyes Only (Braille)" and "The Comedown".
Check out "Count Your Blessings" by Bring Me the Horizon and their other music.

Band #5 - My Chemical Romance
My Chemical Romance has been around since 2001 but have been split since 2013. They have a more alternative rock / punk style and four great albums with the style changing slightly in each album. Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge is my favorite album from the band and is what definitely helped bring them their fame. Out of all of the tracks on the album I would have to say that "Helena", "To the End", "The Jetset Life is Gonna Kill You", and "Cemetery Drive" are my favorite.
Check out "Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge" and My Chemical Romance's other albums.

Band #4 - Asking Alexandria
Asking Alexandria is a well known hardcore band with over three albums. One of my favorite from them is "Reckless and Relentless (2011)". The album is packed full of great songs such as "Breathless" and "Another Bottle Down". Check out the album and some of the bands other songs. The band has great vocals, good instrumental parts as well as synths all blended together.
Check out "Reckless and Relentless".

Band #3 -The Word Alive
The Word Alive is a great band that I have been listening to for a while. "Deceiver (2010)" was one of my favorite albums from this band. This album has a great track list and was done before the band had a big change in members. The first song I've listened to from this album was "Epiphany", the song has some great synths and is very face paced. Other songs from the album that have stood out to me include "Dream Catcher" and "Like Father Like Son".
Check out TWA's album "Deceiver". Here is the album cover and a video of the song "Epiphany".

Band #2 - The Devil Wears Prada
The Devil Wears Prada band has been around for a while now with over 5 albums. "With Roots and Branches Below (2009)" is an album I would suggest people listening to as it has some really great heavy tunes. "Dez Moines" is the first song I've heard from the album and has a large amount of singing and harmonizing mixed with some heavy screams. Great build ups and all together well written song. Check out this album and some of their others.
Heres the song list:
1. Sassafras
2. I Hate Buffering
3. Assistant to the Regional Manager
4. Dez Moines
5. Big Wiggly Style
6. Danger: Wildman
7. Ben Has a Kid
8. Wapakalypse
9. Gimme Half
10. Louder Than Thunder

Band #1 - Blessthefall
Hey guys, this week I'll be reviewing some of the albums from Blessthefall starting from His Last Walk (2007).
Back in 2007, Blessthefall released their first album with Craig Mabbitt on vocals.
Here is the tracklist for the album:
1. A Message to the Unknown
2. Guys Like You Make Usw Look Bad
3. Higinia
4. Could Tell a Love
5. Rise Up
6. Times Like These
7. Pray
8. With Eyes Wide Shut
9. Wait For Tomorrow
10. Black Rose Dying
11. His Last Walk
12. Rise Up (Acoustic)
13. I Wouldn't Quit if Everyone Quit
In each song they used a Drop D tuning and had lead and rhythm guitars. The screams were strong and the vocals were clean with highs and lows. Pray is one of the songs that stood out to me at first because of how it is structured starting out being acoustic and then gradually building into a heavier song with high vocals and heavy screams. I found the lyrics in each of these song to be very meaningful and very powerful and all together well done. For a first album I would give an 8 out of 10.
